ProfitSearcher is a business intelligence subscription service for entrepreneurs and indie developers, tracking monetization opportunities in overseas SaaS and App products. By using this service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must register and log in using a Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your account with others. Each subscription account is for individual use only.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Pro Monthly: $20/month, auto-renews at the end of each billing period
• Pro Annual: $199/year, auto-renews annually, saving approximately $41 compared to monthly billing
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law

4. Content Usage Restrictions

All content provided through this service (signals, in-depth reports, etc.) is protected by copyright. You may:

• Use content for personal research and business decision-making reference
• Quote limited content excerpts non-commercially with proper attribution

You may not:

• Copy, republish, or resell the full content of this service
• Share account content with non-subscribers
• Use crawlers or automated tools to scrape content from this service
